1. Service Provision
All Bible App is a free Bible app that provides the following features:
- Reading and comparing multiple Bible translations
- Verse search and voice search
- Note and bookmark functions
- Verse management by topic
- AI chat function (requires user-provided API key)
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Bible Data Copyright
Users are responsible for complying with the copyright of Bible translations used in the app:
- Use only public domain or open license Bibles
- Use copyrighted translations for personal use only
- Prohibit unauthorized distribution of copyrighted Bibles
2.2 AI Service Usage
When using the AI chat function, you must comply with each AI provider's terms of service.
3. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
3.1 Service Availability
- The app is provided "as is" and may be discontinued at any time
- Temporary service interruptions may occur due to updates or maintenance
3.2 Disclaimer
The All Bible App development team is not responsible for:
- Data loss occurring while using the app
- Accuracy or theological validity of AI chat responses
- Copyright issues of Bible translations added by users
- Interruption or errors of third-party AI services
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 App Software
The source code of All Bible App is provided under an open source license.
4.2 User Content
Notes and topic classifications created by users are owned by the user, and the app does not collect or use them.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Bypassing or hacking app functionality
- Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted Bible translations
- Abusing AI services by sending excessive requests
- Using the app for illegal or inappropriate purposes
6. Changes to Terms
These terms of service may be changed as needed. If there are significant changes:
- We will notify you through in-app announcements
- Changed terms will take effect 7 days after the announcement
- You may discontinue use of the app if you do not agree with the changes
7. Service Termination
If the All Bible App service is terminated:
- We will provide at least 30 days advance notice
- User data is stored locally and can continue to be used
- As an open source project, the community can maintain it
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in case of disputes, the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction.
